Raising children in faith, where it is hardest
Pakistan is a Muslim-majority country, and its Christian community is very small. For many Christian families, access to the Word of God is scarce — and over the years some have drifted away from the faith altogether.
Grace Children's Home began as one family's answer to that. Together with her father, Nimra took in several orphaned children and made them her own. Today she raises 30 children in Arifwala, Punjab — caring for their daily needs while teaching them, in her own words, as "a Bible teacher, an elder sister, and a mother."
The children find real joy in learning God's Word. Nimra's hope is that as they grow and come to know the Bible for themselves, they will carry it forward — sharing the truth of God with other Christians, and taking it to every corner of the world.
Through this home — and this page — she hopes to make sure these children never go without what they need, and one day to open her doors to many more.
